Conference and Meeting Room Options
Our primary meeting rooms are organized along a common and spacious hallway. Four individual spaces are located on each side, for a total of eight private rooms.
Each room measures 30’ by 20’ and can fit tables and chairs in different configurations.
Perfect for a small to mid-size groups, or for events needing several rooms side-by-side or across the hall for different programs or activities.

When you need the ability to change the size of your meeting spaces, our adaptable rooms work perfectly for any scenario.
Both our Coalition Series and Silver King Collection of meeting rooms offer several options to expand and connect spaces.
OPTIONS INCLUDE
One total area of 30’ by 80’, which can be divided into two rooms (30’ by 40’ each) or four individual rooms (30’ by 20’ each).

Additional breakout or set-up areas are also possible to expand useable area into the adjacent hallway.
Board Rooms
Prime conference areas with special access
Our Board Rooms offer more space for a single corporate meeting, or work as a dedicated area during larger events.
The North Board Room measures 50’ by 20’ and offers direct access into our Theater. This room can serve as a lounge or break area during programs or presentations using the theater.
The South Board Room is 40’ by 20’ and has direct access to the space from the exterior of the building and parking areas.

Elevate your event at one of the largest theaters in Park City
Our theater, an official Sundance Film Festival venue for years, is prepared to make your next presentation both professional and memorable.
With access from an inviting hallway, our theater space accommodates up to 300 guests. The stage includes a 15’ x 20’ wide screen and is set-up with full lighting and sound systems.
The theater also has direct access from the stage to an adjacent lounge or conference room.
Additional break areas can also be established in the entry hallway.
Private Short-Term Office Rentals
A convenient option as a daily or monthly work environment
The Prospector offers co-working space in our facility with several private offices available as a daily or monthly rental option.
The individual offices come furnished and include high-speed internet.
Enjoy a separate work environment with the flexibility and atmosphere of our building, as well as the charm and convenience of the Prospector Square neighborhood.

Tent option easily expands your gathering outside
Outdoor Event Space
Your event can comfortably extend from our interior spaces into the outdoors.
A large tent area, measuring 80’ by 40’, can accommodate a large number of guests and is accessible from indoors through an attractive hallway.
Our outdoor tent space provides many possibilities for smaller groups to full-venue event conferences or celebrations.
Enjoy our spacious entry hall, work and lounge areas, plus a patio with a fire pit under the open sky

Take a break in inspiring spaces between your meetings
We provide common areas with a variety of places to just sit or to catch up on work. And the facility has high-speed internet throughout so you can connect quickly from anywhere.
We also make available a few private offices for meeting attendees to use for calls or short projects between your program sessions.

The Prospector was an ideal place for our event. The Staff was extremely invested in making sure our event went on without a hitch!
I loved the atmosphere of The Prospector, so close to Main Street with all the shopping and dining favorites. This was a perfect combination for our daily meetings and to be able to escape and enjoy Park City for the beautiful place it is.
